I was going to save these until next week and post them then but I like these guys so much I am posting them for you today. Okay! I made these little shoes for a paper piecing challenge my yahoo group is holding for March. As you can tell, they were to have an Irish flare to them. Being the only girl in the house I never get to make anything girly and I just loved doing this challenge! I think I might just have to start making some little girly things here and there - if nothing else, I can put them away for when/if I am ever blessed with a granddaughter.
Well..that is it for now. I don't know when I might feel up to posting again, the weather here is getting humid. We are expecting some nasty storms this afternoon, and this type of weather always makes my pain level shoot up. I can feel my face tightening as I type this. I will probably have to turn on the AC and hide in a dark room for a while. That means I won't be able to scrap :( Hopefully I will be back on soon.
I wish you all a happy scrappin' day!
Wendy,
ReplyDeleteThanks for you very nice comment on my blog.
I love your shoes!! I like the dark green one the best. Love how you put that shamrock up the back of it.
I have printed the pattern, cut it out, picked out my paper and that's as far as I got lol..maybe today still yet!
Anyways, great job!
Get going on it, girl! It will look bad if Kristal and I are always winning the prizes :)
